Earthquake Relief

On Sept 19, 2017, a 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck in the state of Puebla, it's epicenter less than 100 miles from Coatzingo. The Mexican government has been replacing structures, but local partners informed us that there was a great need for replacing beds and mattresses that were damaged.

Through our fundraising and your wonderful donations, we raised $4000 to go toward 40 bed frame and mattress sets. See our gallery for photos of delivery this year--complete with sheet sets and pillows, which were generously donated by Mexican partners.
